“Shannon never considered herself much of an athlete, but she joined a Division II rugby team several years ago when team members assured her the sport was "gentler" than its reputation suggests. However, after two seasons of play, Shannon noticed that she was focused on avoiding tackles more than winning the game…and she has since returned to the relaxing (and safe) postures of yoga.”
